2. Scope
These Terms apply to all sales made via our website or directly with CrawleyCoins, to both business (“B2B”) and consumer (“B2C”) customers in the UK and internationally. If you are purchasing as a business, consumer law rights (such as cooling-off periods) may not apply.
3. Product Descriptions and Pricing
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, minor variations may occur, and we reserve the right to correct any errors prior to accepting your order. All prices include VAT where applicable.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us. We accept your order only once we confirm it by email or dispatch the goods, at which point a binding contract is formed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order prior to dispatch for any reason, including pricing or stock errors.
5. Payment
We accept payment via debit/credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, and cash on collection. Payment must be received in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed. Refunds, where applicable, will be made using the same method originally used for payment.
6. Delivery and Risk
We deliver within the UK and internationally. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are delivered to the delivery address provided. Title to the goods passes only when full payment has been received.
7. Returns and Cancellations
7.1 Standard Returns (Non-Investment Products)
If you are a consumer purchasing products other than bullion or investment items, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case CrawleyCoins will bear the return cost.
7.2 Bullion and Investment Products
Due to the nature of precious metal markets and price fluctuations, no returns, cancellations, or exchanges are accepted once bullion or investment-grade products (such as gold, silver, or platinum bars or coins) have been dispatched. If you cancel an order for bullion or investment products before dispatch, a 10% restocking fee will apply to cover market and administrative costs.
By purchasing bullion or investment products, you acknowledge that:
- Their value fluctuates with market prices, and they are acquired for investment or speculative purposes.
- You are not entitled to a statutory cooling-off period once these items are dispatched.
- You must inspect products immediately on delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.
- This does not affect your statutory rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.
7.3 Buy-Back Policy
We offer a buy-back service for bullion and investment products at prevailing market rates. Please contact us directly on the day to confirm pricing. Any buy-back transaction is subject to our inspection and identification requirements.
8. International Orders
For international buyers, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or restrictions applicable in your country. We cannot be held liable for delays or losses caused by customs or local regulations.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

All website content, images, and trademarks (including “CrawleyCoins”) are the property of Rickin Shah. No part may be reproduced or used without our written permission.
11. Amendments

These Terms and all transactions with CrawleyCoins are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.
