I hope this message finds you well. As many of you know, CrawleyCoins is a family-operated business. I will be taking a brief family vacation this summer, during which the store will be temporarily closed. Please find the details below:
Which dates will be affected?
The store will be closed from 8 August 2024 to 28 August 2024 (inclusive). Therefore, the last date for orders to be shipped before the closure will be 7 August 2024.
Will I still be able to place orders during the closure?
Yes, the website will remain fully operational throughout this period, and you can place orders as usual. However, please note that orders will be dispatched starting 29 August 2024, and I aim to have all orders shipped by 30 August 2024.
Will customer service be available?
Customer service will still be accessible via email at crawleycoins@gmail.com, but please be aware that there may be some delays in response times.
Will new products be added to the website during this period?
At this time, I anticipate a release from Royal Mint UK during this period. It will be added to the website upon launch as usual.
