It celebrates Wales’s new one pound coin and hosts a brilliant uncirculated 1 pound coin depicting the Welsh Dragon and a Royal Mail stamp. Postmark cancelled Royal Mint Llantrisant Ponytclun Mid Glam 12th May 1995.
