1998 EEC EU Stars 50p BU Mint Pack

In 1998 to celebrate the United Kingdoms 25th Anniversary of entry into the European Economic Community and Presidency of the European Union during the first 6 months of 1998, the Royal Mint released a Limited Issue Brilliant Uncirculated 50p Fifty Pence 2 Coin Set.

The coins include the European Community EEC 50p Fifty Pence Coin and the Britannia 50p Fifty Pence Coin.
Both coins have the stunning reverse design of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II by Ian Rank Broadley.
