2005 Battle of Trafalgar Gold Plated Medal Box COA

For sale is a reproduction of the Boulton Trafalgar Medal which was struck to celebrate the Bicentenary of the Battle of Trafalgar in 2005. The Tower Mint created it and was part of the Brittania Collection. The medal measures 45mm across and about 5mm in thickness. On the front is a portrait of Admiral Lord Nelson and the reverse is a scene from the battle with those immortal words round the outer edge and the date of the Battle. The medal is 22ct gold plated and comes with a certificate and a blue padded box with a white silk top lining. The medal would make an excellent addition to any coin or medal collection, and is in untouched condition.
