Description

The Royal Mint Deluxe Collector Proof Coin Set of 2014 comprises fourteen coins of the present coinage of the United Kingdom all struck to the Royal Mint’s Proof quality.

This years £5 Five Pound Crown commemorates the 300th Anniversary of Queen Anne.
Included is two new £2 Two Pound coins, one to commemorate Trinity House and the second the First World War Outbreak.
Also included is the two new Scotland and Wales £1 One Pound Coins part of the British Floral Series and the Glasgow Commonwealth Games 50p Fifty Pence Coin.

Also included in this set is the Shoulders of Giants £2 Two Pound and the newly designed coinage from £1 One Pound down to 1p One Pence by Matthew Dent.
All the coins have the stunning portrait of Queen Elizabeth II on the obverse by Ian Rank Broadley.
These legal tender coins have been struck to proof quality using specially prepared dies and highly polished blanks.
