2014 Floral Scotland and Northern Ireland £1 BU Set

In 2014 the Royal Mint launched a new series of coins with a theme of British Floral and released a special Limited Issue Brilliant Uncirculated £1 One Pound 2 Coin Set and is the last two in a series of 4 coins.

The reverse of the first £1 One Pound Coin designed by Timothy Noad depicts Scottish Thistle and Bluebell and the second £1 One Pound Coin a Northern Ireland Shamrock and Flax Plant.

The obverse of both coins depict Ian Rank Broadley’s stunning portrait of Queen Elizabeth II.
