The original reverse design celebrates 50 years of production at the Mint’s current base in Wales and references its expanding bullion business in China. The design is influenced by the Yin and Yang and depicts two dragons, one representing the Chinese dragon and one depicting the Welsh dragon. The coin includes the inscription “TWO DRAGONS” as well as the purity and year.
