The 2023 Libertad coin set by the Casa de Moneda de Mexico contains five coins from 1 ounce, 1/2 ounce, 1/4 ounce, 1/10 ounce and 1/20 ounce of 99,9% silver. All five silver coins in this set feature the Mexican goddess of victory Victoria as a symbol of Mecixo’s independence in front of the two volcanoes Popocatépetl und Izataccíhuatl. The reverse depicts the Mexican coat of arms. The Banco de México is the oldest one in all of America – coins have been minted there since 1535. Due to their very low mintages, the Libertad coins are in high demand worldwide. The limited Libertad Silver Set is delivered in the original wooden box including a certificate of authenticity from the Casa de Moneda de Mexico.
