Membership Overview
The Free Delivery Membership provides eligible customers with free standard delivery on orders placed through our website for the duration of their active membership period. -
Membership Fee and Duration
The membership fee is charged annually and provides free delivery benefits for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Membership must be renewed each year to continue receiving the benefits. -
Renewal
Membership does not automatically renew. Customers are responsible for renewing their membership annually if they wish to continue receiving free delivery benefits. -
Eligibility
Membership benefits apply only to the account that purchased the membership and require the customer to be logged into their account when placing orders. -
Non-Transferable
Membership is strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder. Membership benefits cannot be shared, transferred, or assigned to another person or account. -
Non-Refundable
Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership has been activated, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws. -
Delivery Scope
Free delivery applies only to eligible delivery locations and shipping methods specified on our website. Certain products, oversized items, or remote delivery locations may be excluded from free delivery. -
Fair Use
We reserve the right to monitor usage of the membership to ensure it is used in accordance with these terms. If we reasonably believe the membership is being misused or used for commercial or resale purposes, we may suspend or terminate the membership. -
Changes to the Programme
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Free Delivery Membership programme or its benefits at any time. Any changes will not affect the remainder of an already active membership period. - General

Hi Ken,
Thank you for the feedback. At £150 per year (Currently in launch promotion down from £175), it works out at less than £3 per week. This certainly benefits any customer who even places 2 orders a month. We do have several regular clients who spend in excess of £25 per month just on shipping and hence wait for several items and a larger order. This subscription allows them to buy in small amounts as many times as they like.

Not worth the price as even I have not spent £150 pounds on the postage inspite of several purchases. Even USMint offers free delivery to subscription products. So does Royal mint. You should look at similar models
