2010 Isle of Man 50 Years of Suzuki Racing TT 50p Circulation Coin in Capsule

A SPECIAL coin produced by the Isle of Man Government to celebrate Suzuki’s 50 years of racing anniversary.

Suzuki rider, seven times TT winner Bruce Anstey – together with representatives of the Isle of Man Government – officially launched the 50-pence coin at the Pobjoy Mint in April 2010

Anstey struck the first coin with the reverse design depicting a rider below the celebratory dates of 1960 and 2010 and the wording, “50 Years of Racing,” with the Suzuki crest at the top of the coin. It also features the Isle of Man TT logo. The obverse bears the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Queen Elizabeth II.
