For 2021, to coincide with the launch of the new James Bond 007 movie No Time to Die, the Royal Mint released a Limited Special Issue James Bond 007 Aston Martin DB5 £10 Ten Pound Silver Proof Coin struck in solid Fine 999.9 Silver weighing ten ounces of pure Silver.
The reverse designed by Laura Clancy features the Aston Martin DB5 front on with James Bond 007 famous number plate BMT 216A while the obverse features the Fifth Portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II by Jody Clark.
These legal tender coins have been struck to proof quality using specially prepared dies and highly polished blanks.
