Description
On the reverse, is all five of the sub-species of penguins which are indigenous to the Falkland Islands. From left to right the penguins are The Southern Rockhopper, The King, The Macaroni, The Magellanic and The Gentoo crowded around a lantern. The design is surrounded by Falklands National flower, The Pale Maiden. The obverse features the exclusive Pobjoy Mint Effigy design of HM Queen Elizabeth II.
